Crown Packs on CAD PSN are priced improperly

I originally made a post about this in September 2017, ~10 months ago. And to this day the issue still persists without any response from ZOS. Since bumping is against forum rules I'm making a new thread with alterations. (not blatantly reposting)
As per the CAD (Ontario) PSN Store:
5500 Crowns = $39.99
14,000 Crown Pack = $133.49
21,000 crown pack = $199.99
So let's look at the 21k pack first. We'll start by dividing the current amount by 4 to find it almost matches the previous largest packs, and then reversing the pricing of that previous increment to show the ripoff state of things.
New Pack: 21,000/4 = 5250 or in monetary terms: $199.99/4 = $50 = overall that's $50 per 5250 crowns.
Old 5500 Pack: $39.99 x 4 = $160 or in Crown Gains: 4x 5500 Crowns = 22,000
That's a whopping total of $40 more for 1000 Crowns less - actually, for the exact same amount of money as the new highest packs I could but x5 of the 5500 Crown packs for the exact same price - which actually makes this a deficit of 6500 crowns - WHAT A RIPOFF.
Wanna look at the other pack? This time we'll examine the 14,000 Crown Pack using similar math to above:
New Pack: 14,000/3 = 4667 or in monetary terms: $133.50/3 = $44.50 = overall that's $44.50 per 4667 Crowns
Old Pack 39.99 x 3 = $120 or in Crown Gains 3x 5500 Crowns = 16500
So you really expect people to pay $13 more, for 2500 less crowns???? Factoring in that for $133 I could also grab a 1500 Crown Pack, the deficit here is 4000 Crowns.
I think you guys need to invest in a calculator still - and it's upsetting to see 1 year later not only does this issue exist but ZOS has never come out and said it's a mistake, or Sony's fault - or anything. They just plugged their ears and pretended this isn't a thing. It's one thing if the bigger packs had no discounted value - but in this case the bigger packs are actually blatantly overcharging the customer... doesn't make much sense at all... usually the more you spend, the more you get - in this case the more you spend, the more ZOS laughs at you for being inept at basic math.

Honestly, I'm not complaining, because they'd probably increase the price of older crown packs instead of lowering the price of new packs knowing ZoSAnd so, Akatosh revealed himself to a young Gaben, and granted him purpose.

looks like someone messed up their pricing.xls, the original must've read
- 14.000 for $99,99 => ~147 Crowns per Dollar
- 21.000 for $133,49 => ~157 Crowns per Dollar
edit: pricing in € seems to be off, too:
- 5500 for €34,99 => ~157 Crowns per Euro
- 14000 for €89,99 => ~155,5 Crowns per Euro
- 21000 for €129,99 => ~161,5 Crowns per Euro
why would anyone able to use a calculator ever buy any of the bigger priced packs if there's such a miniscule increase or even a decrease in "crowns per $/€" ?!?

ZOS needs to be made aware of the issue and more importantly, the gaming community needs to be aware that ZOS is either horrible at math (which I would believe) or is actively trying to rip people off in the most obvious way possible. Either of those two situations makes me lose trust in the company and that's a bad thing for ZOS.3 -

Obviously I can do that and benefit from the crowns - it still looks really bad on ZOS part. It's like a visual affirmation that they actually want to rip people off. I actually find it insulting to see. Funny thing is I used to buy alot of crowns and after that change I've bought crowns only 1 single time because my confidence in ZOS is down.
