Ban for 72 hours

I got a ban for 72 hours and all logging into ESO told me was "your login information was incorrect please try again"
ESO Support emailed me and told me so.
Also support, you emailed me telling me to review the code of conduct to make sure I don't do anything wrong again but I don't know what I've done wrong since you never told me what I've been banned for. Cmon...

I got banned too, same login issue, after 4 days I finally got this.

I sincerely apologize for the issue you have run into. I looked into your account and I believe the issue should now be resolved. It appears that a few things you said in zone chat were flagged by our system and a suspension was issued. After reviewing your chat logs, it appears the only thing you mentioned about gold selling/farming was that you were frustrated with them, which is completely understandable.

Since nothing in the chat logs indicate that you are a gold seller, the suspension has been lifted and you should be able to log in without any issues. I sincerely apologize for the time it has taken to resolve this issue. I have submitted this ticket as feedback to ensure that this does not happen again. While we work on the gold spammer filter, I would suggest avoiding the mentioning of gold spamming/selling in zone chat.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and if there's anything else I can assist you with,. Please let me know.

It's usual for a company to email you about the ban. Surprised zos didn't. Hopefully it's on thier list of things to do. I'd ipen a a help ticket about it if I were you. You can do this from the website Be advised they're busy as heck right now. You'll probably get an answer about the same time the ban expires

Given there was an issue with temporary account swapping before the last patch, I think enforcing bans on actions is a bit over doing it for now, assuming this was before the patch. Someone could have realized they glitched into someone else's account and... well not everyone's as nice as the people who politely log out and back in to fix it.

thats bad guys, if someone says "report the gold seller " he will get banned? lol

I believe zos system is a bit of dull. It bannes players and lets the gold sellers do their job done.

Thankfully am dyslexic and I dont type in game, only if I group up and say " hello, bye bye" " am a healer, dps " "bug" I only used this words in the chat.

I just refrain from using zone chat. This would seem to solve most peoples problems. Rarely anything worthwhile being discussed there anyways.
