Actually she's wearing the Nordic Knot Doublet and breeches, which is definitely not a robe or a dress. I have a character that doesn't "gender bend" so much as outright reject all notions that his behavior or appearance should be dictated by his sex. He wears what he thinks he looks good in, which is basically everything!!

I'm not particularly drawn to gender-bending, but I wonder if I could do a very androgynous character ... and yes, this is partly an excuse to create yet another character, as I'm a totally die-hard alt-a-holic, but still.

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis3 -

You have to upload it to an external host like Photobucket or Imgur, and then post it using the Image function in the post toolbar. As with some of the others, I'd love to see all the hairs/accessories, and even make-up/tattoos available to both genders... The orcs seem to have a wider range of distinctive facial morphing. Why is that?
Dunmer is a hard race to work with, they all have resting b-.... Well, they all look grumpy when you make them. Angry eyebrows/forehead creases.
The soft-heroic-angular triangle up at the top helps with a lot of distinction, but chin height, nose shape/width, eyebrows, a lot of this stuff can make a huge impact too. Most of my characters end up on the softest side, but I have a few angry-heroic elves.0 -

there is nothing offensive about it (unless maybe you're a die-hard wrestling fan) and i certainly didn't post the picture with offensive intent but because the threads title contained the words "gender bender" and Bender is always hilarious. that you find offense in just about anything now is sad, real sad!
