Has anyone tested out the new keep recall stones in cyrodiil?

Did they finally make it so you cant blood port across the damn map unless you have one?

No it's to recall to a keep that is unflagged while you are alive. Its nifty to say the least, but for 20k I dont think I will get them on live

So taking resources around a keep is now useless as a way to obstruct an enemy?
Just a poor healer from Glenumbra..

Also is this a useful way to port to (taken) enemy home keeps that hold scrolls, in order to assist with the scroll patrol?

Zos clearly does not want to return to the blood porting we had early in the game with forward camps. That was pretty ridiculous.

It did make for much more interesting alliance communication and tactics though.

I agree it was bad, but I feel those days we had much more fun cat and mouse and tactical thinking on the map vs "mash up against the wall here"

That's why it costs 20K AP. That's not cheap.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

I think in a situation where you have a 24 man ball group roaming the map, there is a 0% chance that 24 pugs will all have this stone and choose to use it when crown says "we're all going to X, use keep recall stones now" It may help solo and small scale get where they want to be at, but can't they just bloodport instead? These stones may be slightly faster which may be advantageous from time to time, but that's about it.

Can’t you blood port already to a keep with no resources as long as it’s not flagged? It’s a waste of 20k AP

I really feel like blood porting should be removed entirely. If I cut off transport it should be cut for everyone. When you die you should spawn at the gate and have to port to the keep or get rezed. That’s how the map was originally designed to be played like.

Maybe outside of a radius. I dont want to discourage people from leaving the keep to fight so being able to spawn back so long as the enemy hasnt burst it, should stay.

I don’t really agree with that. Too many times I’ve seen people push to a keep and the defending force gets slaughtered 10-15 times only to res pawn and come back out. The discourages people to place siege because they fear the Zerg is gonna respawn and kill everyone if they don’t keep culling them. It should be the defenders priority to keep 1 resource so reinforcements can port in. This would create dynamic keep battle instead of one blob smashing into another spread the fighting out a little. Camps already give the defending party something to respawn on. But it’s not infinite. Which is how it should be.

I like both of your ideas, and I'd much prefer blood-spawning only within a radius of a keep or outpost, that would definitely be a QOL improvement for small scale/solo players who can currently only stop re-enforcement traveling to a target if it's already popped.

How they didn't see that is incredible loooool

Made a huge huge part of pvp absolutely nullified for a 20k stone

Or at least only be able to respawn at / recall to somewhere that's connected on the Transitus Network... I thought the Transitus Network was supposed to be important to Cyrodiil gameplay...

Also I would recommend you guys remember to put your thoughts in the official feedback thread for Recall Stones too, if you haven't done so already!
