Crash after logging in before I can get to character select screen

Every single time I try to play, the game crashes right after I log in, before I get to the character select screen. I have tried repairing, reinstalling, deleting the savedvariables, addons, and other files, running it with minimum graphics, turning off AV. Crashes with the Bug Report window every single time.

    @Lakashi - quick fix until patch comes out - disable SLI that will enable you to play until patch released

    Can you clarify? I tried manually logging in via the PTS eso64.exe instead of using steam but get an error 103 (basically saying the server is down).
