My ESO is stuck at 0% for 24 hours now... PC Client

Anyone on pc client know how to fix this... I turned off all firewalls and restarted pc to get it to download... And nothing is working!

I haven't been able to even get that. My client can't download the meta file so I can't download the game. The customer support fix was to restart the client, why oh why did I never think of that -_-0

First, please temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software, as it may be causing a problem with the installation. We also ask that you try selecting the "Repair" option on your launcher. If you're still experiencing an issue, we'd recommend that you try starting your computer in "Safe Mode with network," to install the game. Once installed, you should be able to run the game in Normal Mode.

Mine does not give me any options on the launcher.. It only says Loading Application Lists... ??
