Disappearing helms?

I had the issue yesterday that it seems at random times my helm just disappear. I cant find it anywhere its just gone. Happened like 3 times in 4 hours? Anyone else having this?

Daenerys✭✭✭✭I had an issue before when I would double click on an item to equip and it would put it in the guild bank (if I had a guild) or personal bank. Might want to check there when server goes back up

SinfulSoul✭✭✭There were many threads about this. If you have the option to hide your helmet checked it can (not always) delete your helmet. That's why I'm not hiding my helmet until the fix this bug.0 -
Zilyana✭✭✭It's because of a bug with crafting at the moment, when you go to craft it removes your helmet and when you exit craft it doesn't bring it back. So if you are going to craft anything I suggest removing your helmet first. 0 -

Rylanor✭✭Double-clicking to put an item in your bank is handy! As long as you can choose which bank cos I like to share sometimes, but I don't want to give it all to the guild.
Re: OP, nope, but then I don't have a helmet yet, only level 3. Hopefully they'll sort it, a lot of bugs must be just one conflict, I bet (cos I know so much about coding), it'll be finding the damn line of code that takes the time and work (which is why I don't code).Edited by Rylanor on April 3, 2014 8:22PMIf at first you don't succeed, keep trying. achesomaSoul ShrivenIt's a crafting table bug. Lost 5 helms before I figured out what was happening. I thought it was random at first then last time I refined raw materials it disappeared while equipped. I also heard it can happen with hide head slot as well. I filed 3 tickets without any response. I really hope this gets addressed and can get head gear replaced. Or at least get materials compensated. They were all crafted head pieces.
I also did a search and it's not showing as known bug as of yesterday.0 -
Rotherhans✭✭✭Mine oddly went away in town after someone summoned a weird blood altar thingy and I then used it which made me kneel down in front of the damn thing.
I´m not sure what spell that was (the Undauted 1st skill maybe?), but I´m staying well away from it now.

The bug only happens if you have the "hide helmet" option checked. Until they fix this, your helmet has to be set to be visible when you use crafting tables.0 -
