PTS notes say you have included the 2 new Summerset alchemy ingredients (clam gall & powered pearl) into the PvP and IC alchemy containers. The notes say nothing about including them in the Alchemy daily writ rewards coffer. It is only fair to put them in the daily rewards coffer as well, so crafters and writ questers have a chance to get these items. PVP'ers in IC can easily farm enough Tel Var to buy hundres and hundreds of alchemy satchels, if you put rare and expensive alchemy mats in those, you should put them in the writ rewards coffers as well.
