They all suck as far as pvp goes. It's a land of zergs and lag. You can literally pick any alliance and it will be the same *** difference alliance.

EP best they are the only alliance that just want to keep their freedom and doesn't want the throne to have power and suppress the other alliances

We have the most fantasy-like provinces, imo. AD coming in second on that front though.

Ideologically the EP Are probably the least "power-trippy" of the factions. They don't really want any power outside of the power to just be free people not oppressed.

I'm pretty sure, iirc, that technically all factions end up dissolving though and nobody comes out on top - however AD is the only faction we know of that gets revamped and exists in "modern times" (Skyrim's era)

I guess it depends on your preference in ideology and if you want to be on the side who's ideals continue to persist after the game or not.

Eh, when it comes to players they're all basically the same. At least EP lore wise doesn't look down on Human races and treat them as inferior, or want basically the exact same empire that has collapsed multiple times.

From lore perspective, AD are barbarians. Second era and fourth. Ever play through all the zones? It seems like they're invading something every ten minutes. Theres even a questline in the Shadowfens where they're killing unborn argonians by poisoning the Hist tree. DC are fine, maybe misguided. When an empire has risen and fallen 2 times (3 if you count Varen) and decide, "yeah, let's try it again!", maybe it's time to rethink your strategy. EP isn't perfect, but considering all three races hate each other for various reasons yet manage to be the most equal alliance I'd say they have something going.

Not going to try and give you any rp sales pitch. It's PvP, and the reality is you should play with people you get along with. To some extent, on each server the factions all have their own personality. Go test 'em out and find the group that you fit in.

Like most have already said, it doesn't really matter. The alliances in cyro are exactly the same, they all zerg, they all run cheese builds. Just pick which alliance you like best lore wise and be done with it.

It's a good sign that this is actually nearly even across the board.

If your redgreen colorblind joint the pact. That way its easier to see which factions your opponents are.

Have you considered putting three names in a hat and drawing one out? It'd be a lot quicker than posting a forum poll and waiting on the result.
