game keeps crashing at log on screen

After entering log-on id and password after about 30 seconds game crashes, does it every time I try to log on

Still it will crash everything after logging it. It will not get to character screen.0 -

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno is there a way to fix this other than deleting and reinstalling the game - don't really want to have down load 60GB
