I appreciate everyone's feed back and after reviewing your posts agree that separate queue's would be ideal. My first instinct was the idea to disable them because that would be much simpler to implement for the programmers I would think. If separate queues are an option then I highly agree they should implement them. This way both parties would benefit. Pre-made groups could play other pre-made groups (or only maxed out/high score) individuals and solo players could appreciate the battlegrounds while having more potential to participate with a team that wins while removing the intimidation and frustration many of them feel towards them.

Thank you so far all of you for your input. Please continue to chime in and maybe we can nudge them to make a change in the future.

Sorry, or Phage's recommendation of prioritized queue's. Given past success with similar tasks I'm not sure how well they would pull that off but I would definitely be in favor of that.
