Plain and simple. This expansion has not only brought a plague of lag due to poor server performance and new bugs, but it has necroed the hell out of old bugs The sheer lack of customer support and acknowledgement even warrants some kind of recompense for those of us who were mislead into giving you even more money for a broken game. I'm all for giving people a chance but hiring the D students from DeVry still means they're the D students and you're gonna get D class programming and networking. It also doesn't help when customer support doesn't even read the details of my tickets and just insert a generic response that isn't even related to the issue.
