Since OP did not die to Sloads, he probably doesn't need a L2P lecture about there being a Purge in the Alliance skill tree.

Set is bugged. See post #1 for proof.

why worry, unmorphed pvp skills can be leveled very fast. just slot it and go defend outpost, like I did today with my new toon. after about 10 minutes battle (i even did not use this skill at all, just put oil 3-4 times on atackers and then shot maybe 10-12 times with fire balista) received "purge can now be morphed" message

I witnessed this last night when someone hit me and ran. I watched the duration tick down and then immediately reset with no enemies around. However, some time had gone by before I said "what is happening" and looked for the icon. It had to have reset twice.

Proc sets are ruining battlegrounds but this one is actually bugged.
