You still have magicka regardless of whatever class you are. It's not stamina based, but efficient purge is in the PvP line.

Maybe it's because OP is a competent player? I've seen his @name packing people up since a year ago back in Sotha, and can only imagine he's gotten even better since then.
Or maybe it's because the Sloader was a snipe-spamming zergling who doesn't know how to block/dodge/selfheal or otherwise mitigate damage when isolated and under pressure?
The way you phrase your reply implies you think that player skill differentials should not be a deciding factor in PvP. And that item sets should be doing all the work.
Which, I suppose, is basically the mentality of most Sloaders.

This isn't a thread about whether Sload's is OP or how to counter it. This is a thread about the fact that it appears that in some situations, Sload's can proc off of its own proc, which would be a bug regardless of whether the set is OP or not. Please take the balance discussion to one of the two dozen threads about it and let the bug discussion stay as a bug discussion.

It’s kind of troubling (for the future of eso PvP) how many people who defend Sloads adopt the position that skill shouldn’t be a part of this game, and that Sloads is the answer to the “broken builds” players run to 1vX, completely ignorant of the fact that there aren’t really any broken 1vX builds right now. I feel like this more or less died when sustain became a big issue with Morrwind and heavy armor was heavily nerfed in sustain and damage. It’s by far harder than ever to fight out numbered and still many people seem to think it shouldn’t happen.

Applying a CD timer like they did with Zaan set would go a LONG way to fixing this. Notice no one is complaining about Zaan anymore after they did that.
