Isn't this working as intended? If I recall correctley, while the removal of AOE caps allow all primary affects of skills to hit all targets within range (i.e initial direct damage), the secondary affects (dots, snares, status affects, cc's, etc) still are limited to the closest 6 targets hit.

Poison Spray and Cleave are also Aoe Capped on the Dot portion.

Dawnbreaker is as well, so claws of life are working as intended.
Edit: you should change the thread to "delete this", not "arrow spray and cleave are bugged too". This is how every aoe in the game functions and is how they were intended to function. It may be a bit accesive for these
Skills to function the way you're suggesting (not to mention it would certainly create more server strain/lag).
So which is it All Damage still Applies or secondary effects are capped?
