!!! How do you send an item you've already purchased as a gift?! !!!

I bought the Ship this morning and was planning on gifting one to my wife - but I see no way to gift an item you've already purchased. IS there a way? Or did they pull a "Zo$" and completely forget to add in a feature that would be evident to child?

Aeslief✭✭✭✭✭Houses are not giftable, one of the few crown stores items that was explicitly excluded from gifting since implementation. To gift someone a crown item, click the present icon on the item in the crown store.
To quote the official release article, here:
"Note that at this point, player housing and some "instant unlock" items (such as Bag Space or Vampire bites) are unable to be gifted. "

✭I had to go through support and someone very nice and helpful assisted me with gifting it to my wife. Unfortunately, when you do it this way, the house comes COMPLETELY empty. The person was nice enough to also include a little "care package" of some placeable items, so it wasn't too bad.3
