Upset at lossing 20 hrs of play at early 5 day access but oh well [Edited]

I am not the only one that is upset at losing a whole day of play. We bought early option so that we could get away from flooded maps and I feel like we should all get an exp buff or something that shows your apologies for taking away from our play time. Losing 20 hours of play when you buy the play is not cool

[Edited] I read the rules and it was a gift still sucks though

    you didn't pay for your pre order and if you did you were ripped off. I haven't seen an early access yet that this didn't happen. you all need to relax. RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE

    Early access was a bonus that was explicitly stated in the EULA that might not be up at all times.

    I agree with Laura. As frustrating as this is, I'm sure there are good reasons. For example, I noticed in quite a few normal world areas I was getting lag just because of the number of players in my "shard". They may be updating those shards to update more frequently or have a lower max number so that this doesn't occur. Little changes like this may annoy us but will make the game better in the long run. Being that they haven't had 100000000 players all doing lvl 30 quests at the same time before, its understandable that they weren't able to anticipate the everything perfectly.

    Thanks ESO team and please try and get the servers back up soon!

    rabble rabble hahahahaahahahahaha. so much awesome there. but true story, the early access you HAD to know in all your wisdom was really a last form of BETA....be happy you got that nice chunk of exp over the other unwashed masses. ORRRRRR not, you could go back to your dungeon and and proceed to play more D3 and rage at your mom.

    As for the OP if you really feel they should compensate you for it, then put a ticket in about it, but please don't go waving that false sense of entitlement like you deserve to get compensation for something that was outside of anyones control.

    Do you ask for compensation when the public transport is late when you are going to work?

    As for the OP if you really feel they should compensate you for it, then put a ticket in about it, but please don't go waving that false sense of entitlement around the forums.

    Speaking of entitlement who do you think you are telling me what to do I am simply making a complaint and unless you are from a Nation that has no freedom to express how they are feeling then shame on you for blasting me on how I feel. I guess that's how you do things though. I will express how I feel if I want to so thank you for nothing.

    Never actually TOLD you want to do, I suggested you go and submit a ticket to customer support, instead of whining and waving the entitlement flag around, like you are doing.

    But anyways if you are seeing everything that I say to you as an attack against you, than I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do about that.

    i haven't read the rest of the 8 pages. so this may have been stated already..

    this is nothing to do with 'preparing the servers for launch'.. as so many people bought the imperial edition/early access..there isn't going to be a huge spike in subscriber numbers on the 4/4/14.

    it is just an excuse because they messed something up and are trying to fix the mail bug.. or the issue yesterday where the US server was down.. which they havent really fixed yet.. they are trying to mask that behind 'we are preparing for launch..'
