Second month ESO plus, no crowns

First month I bought ESO plus I instantly received the crowns, I bought another 30 days for the second month and didnt get anything yet. I'ts been 4 days now.
I've created a ticket because of this and also still no reply on that.

Could anyone help me out?

you just get the crowns every month when you pay every month, you get all crowns in the first month when you have a 6 month subscription.

I bought a single month, not the 6 month subscription
