Cannot connect to server - no internet connection - on going issue I HAVE INTERNETS

I've tried everything. Doesn't happen on other games. What can I do? Has anyone got this?

I've raised several tickets, ends with talking to my ISP who say everything is fine. Because my internet connection is stable. I'm on my laptop at the same time as the PS4 disconnects. WHY? Help me! I'm going to cry everywhere

Check ports, change DNS to google/open, put in a DMZ.

Done that, changed to google. Checked ports. Put port forwarding in. No joy.

DMZ aint advisable mate, don't tell people to do that lol whats wrong with you

I get that once twice a day too, sometimes more often. I’m on ps4, my Internet is good and fast, I blame the game couldn’t handle the traffic, the lag and loading might be the cause of the crash.

MTU ?

there were issues with an Italian ISP recently using an MTU that it did not negotiate that was smaller than the default...

I get it when traveling, so any loading screen, sometimes its fine, pretty much every 3 dungeon loading screens i'd say causes a crash.

It's annoying; i've raised a couple tickets, nothing gets done, i've tried everything. Just something I deal with now. Spoke to my ISP, they just run tests and say everything is fine. When ESO tells me my internet connection is not valid, i'm typing to people on discord or i'm talking in a PSN party chat. It's ESO. I don't know what I can do but it's really bad. I lose groups if i use activity finder, i get cooldowns if i exit BGs...

I noticed my ADSL MTU had me disconnecting a lot at 1498.. i changed to 1472 and it stopped ESO Dcing me so far..

happened to me on 19th of Last month, persisted for like a week. Getting kicked out of server at character selection screen. After that somehow problem disappeared. Where do you live ?

Obviously it's related to ZOS so dont expect a fix anytime soon. In the mean time save up some money for crown crates.

I have been having the same problem on my ps4. I have been monitoring my network by pc while playing and it is not a network issue. Two days ago I was it peaked for me and has been a little better since but for the better part of a day it was almost impossible to log in and if I did get in it would only last a few minutes before I got the boot.

I am from India, though my ISP is not good but this seems like a problem on ZOS part, I deleted game and downloaded it again, deleted save game file Nothing worked, then all of a sudden it started working on mobile internet and ever since I am using that.

I am in NA and I have the exact same issue on my PS4 Pro. Only happens playing ESO and even though the system is telling me there is no Network Connection--my Internet/Home Network is fine. I am also hard-wired on CAT-7. This disconnect due to "No Network Connection" can happen several times in one evening. The other day it happen 5X within 20 min.

PC NA been having the issue for the last hour or two. Cant log in, then can but get booted out of character select... try again same ... try again finally get in. Do writs log out back to booted start over multiple tries getting in. Too many people on maybe?

On twitch last night Gina said something along the lines that a lot of disconnects and latency problems are actually the game crashing. If its the issue(s) that zos is aware of then they have fixes in place for the next patch in about 9 or 10 days. And, if that doesn't fix the issues they will do another patch as needed to fix the console stability. So hopefully this is resolved for you in about 10 days(ish).

If all of your are in the Chicago area, and all of you cannot connect to ESO, then I have to wonder if there is a DDoS attack happening right now, with significant participation from computers in and around Chicago.

The "Request timed out" is irrelevant, by the way. ae121.access-a.sech-iad.netarch.akamai.com is an entry node for the Akamai DDoS mitigation network. You won't see anything from your traceroute after that.
