2 of same items from Psijic Vaults but no crown gems conversion?

I've opened the monthly boxes "Psijic vault", from the login event, I got 2 items of Crown Crafting Motif 64: Pyandonean Swords, the second one would normally be converted into those purple gems. In this case it hasn't, so now I have 2 of them and I can only use 1, and the other is not sellable.
I guess this is a bug, as when you get 2 of the same items it should convert to the purple gems instead?
Anyone is experiencing this?

GrymokSoul ShrivenForgot to tell that I have created a ticket, but they told me just to post it on the forum, as they can't do anything about the crown crates and crown gems

✭✭✭✭✭It's not automatically converted as, in theory, you could use the other one on a second toon. Most people wouldn't do that. From your crates interface, choose "gem extraction" and choose the item from the list and extract the gems.2 -
