2 of same items from Psijic Vaults but no crown gems conversion?

I've opened the monthly boxes "Psijic vault", from the login event, I got 2 items of Crown Crafting Motif 64: Pyandonean Swords, the second one would normally be converted into those purple gems. In this case it hasn't, so now I have 2 of them and I can only use 1, and the other is not sellable.
I guess this is a bug, as when you get 2 of the same items it should convert to the purple gems instead?
Anyone is experiencing this?

Forgot to tell that I have created a ticket, but they told me just to post it on the forum, as they can't do anything about the crown crates and crown gems

It's not automatically converted as, in theory, you could use the other one on a second toon. Most people wouldn't do that. From your crates interface, choose "gem extraction" and choose the item from the list and extract the gems.
