One but I really didn't think it was that bad, just turned on map pins for it and it felt similar to when I go collect a bunch of surveys or treasure maps.
2 currently, but with the current state of PvP I'll probably get it done on all my characters. Hey at least I won't freeze while closing a portal or playing ZoS's horse simulator....I hope

On my main and secondary toons. Will do it on other toons as needed but the skill line grind is not enjoyable enough to do on all toons (7) back to back. That kind of grind would make me leave the game for a bit.
One character finished it so far... and I will only do this one on the characters it makes sense for, so... my dunmer librarian, my altmer priestess, my dunmer firemage and my "clockwork kitty" khajiit battlemage. My other magica characters just would not fit in the order, lore-wise... vampire blood mage or bosmer shaman just would not make sense for me, so they will do without that guild line.
As long as you have all the wayshrines, it takes about 2 hours to grind out. MUCH better than grinding dolmen for fighter's guild or picking up books for Mage's guild. Don't even get me started on Thieve's and Dark Brotherhood.
Done it from start to finish on two. Six others have done the Summerset part though, just to be able to find the portals. Will probably do more as they get wayshrines & skyshards. I'm not using any of the skills, though, I went through mainly for the jewelry to research.
I haven't had the effort to play the game properly lately. I haven't even touched summerset yet. I'll probably get round to it later, but I don't really care about the skills.

Last time I played ESO on PC was before covid. I'm back ^.^
So far started the quest on 2 characters, but haven't got very far yet.
The passives, time stop ability, mend wounds, imbue weapons and undo ultimate look like a lot of fun! Hopefully someday can unlock these skills on all characters.
How about: Started it, but not certain I will finish.
I've started it on two characters (Templar completionist and a new Magicka DPS DK) but I get so frustrated trying to follow the maps that I keep giving up.
PC/NA - Perpetually casual. Furniture and fish collector. Lover of exploration and opener of urns.
Maxed CPs, still no clue how to endgame, too much time opening urns, prolly.
Eve Morrison - Templar DPS - Furniture Crafter/Maker of Arms - Co-op w/hubby/achievements/crafting
Jilly Narraway - MagDK DPS - Delves/Dungeons/Dolmans - She murders ALL THE THINGS!
Fynn the Lucky - Warden Tank -- Seer of things/Explorer of places - RP/Solo/Storyline/Completionist
Siluna Southpaw - StamDK DPS slippery-fingered type/Murder hobo - RP/Solo/Storyline
I did it on my Pet Sorc, But I am trying to figure out whether I will level up the Psjiic line on my Healing Templar, or the MagDen. I'm not sure which, but two runs around the maps will be boring as hell. It should become account-wide if one toon has already done it.
5- but after starting the 2nd, I realised that I'd started to forget where all the tears where, so I levelled 4 characters simultaneously through each level after that - all level 1, then all level 2 etc, way quicker than doing all levels character by character.
