Looking forward, we do have some fixes coming in the next console incremental patch (about 3 weeks from now) that will resolve a lot of the crashes, freezing, and disconnects you’ve been experiencing lately; PC will receive any relevant fixes in future incrementals as well. Thanks for your ongoing patience while we work through these issues. We want to get these fixed as quickly as possible.

On PC NA, using gamepad mode, I had been experiencing very frequent crashes, within 5 mins of gameplay. Yesterday I tried to play again and lasted almost 40 mins before a crash.
Improved? Yes. Still a problem? Also yes.
For what it's worth, I've not played in Cyrodiil since this update, but did run around IC for a couple of hours last night. During this time, I was in PVP battles of groups of roughly 4-6v8-12 and did not experience any freezes or similar problems. I did experience excessively long load screens (even by ESO standards) moving in between districts, though, on a fairly regular basis (maybe 50% of the time). This did not seem to ever occur when respawning or entering the sewers themselves though.
Unfortunately, I'd not been to IC in a while prior to the update, so am not sure if it's related to the fix, but thought I'd share.
