get Unknown Error and disconnect when loading to/from a zone then can't connect for 10-20 min

Ok,

This is getting quite annoying. When transfering to from a zone into a dungeon/mine/crypt, etc. i get the Unknown error and dicconnect. Then it takes me 15-20 minutes to log back into the game because i keep getting Error 301/315 trying to login. Finally i get back into game and play for a little while till a quest sends me into another dungeon/mine/crypt, etc. and the cycle repeats.

Yes i have provided the requested feedback. My issue is with having to repeatedly try to login for 15-20 minutes after repeatedly being disconnected by a known bug.

There is an analysis of the problems and some solutions. However, they are specific, the solution working for all would be to allow non-static IP's which naturally change, but are seen as a threat by the TESO safety-net.

Even now after the 4-5 hour maintenance and "Live Launch" i am repeatedly being disconnected when transferring into or out of zones/dungeons. Then i have to spend 10-20 minutes attempting to reconnect because the logon servers can't handle the load.

Lot's of people have provided the requested info from the sticky thread, but there has been no updates or information given
