Are treasure maps worth storing?

I save them up and usually farm my way over too them. There’s a bit of gold and sometimes the gear ain’t so bad. Got a purple spinners ring I sold and some other decent sellable gear. Mostly it’s trash but good for deconstruction. Use the add on on pc and it’s not a waste of time.

Still can't figure out why there was no achievement tied to finding all the treasure maps.

they are persistent.

you can only have one of any given map in your inventory at any time but, as an example, kenarthis roost tm 1 is always in the same place.

I use them everyday.

Why? It's good free material for deconning to level up craft skills on all my alts. Specifically jewelry and glyphs. Plus it provides some mats back ager deconning.

I destroy 'em all. Definitely not worth, except by Vvanderfell ones.

Unless I really need gear from that area, I either trash them or send them to a guildmate who enjoys doing them. Not worth the time.

The treasure maps are leveled to your character, so you may want to hold them until you level up. That's about the only reason I can think of to hold them. Same with surveys.

I save all my treasure maps until my characters are cp160 in case i need a weapon style set from somewhere.. example Deshaan etc.

Greens and Blues can be raised to purples etc.
