Needless to say, I responded letting them know that this didn't answer my question. Hopefully I will get an answer rather than information I was already aware of. I'm not trying to be rude to ZOS here. I just, at LEAST, want an explanation for why it was removed. That's only fair.
Thanks for letting us know! So weird though.. they must put it back in the store, and if they intend to remove it, there must be a proper communication on that.

Just saw this thread. Didn't realize that the robe had been removed. It's been on my list of "to purchase" but I had been holding off on it as I've been budgeting my crowns. There definitely was no timer on it. Otherwise, I would have bought it.
I don't like the idea of items just being removed without any warning.
Really disappointed.
To the OP - definitely keep on them to get an actual response to your specific inquiry. It sounds like your first response was just a canned automated response. They don't have enough staff to personally review and answer each ticket, so canned responses go out automatically. If you want to actually get someone to take a look at it, you need to respond. Looks like you did that, but just encouraging you to keep at them until they actually answer the question of why it was removed without any warning (no countdown timer, no mention in the CS Showcase) and whether they can confirm that it's removal was a bug (e.g. it was going to be removed, but not in the current cycle, or it was planned to be removed but they forgot to put a timer on it).

No problem! As someone who also was waiting until recently to purchase the robe, want answer as well! So I am definitely going to keep responding until they tell me the reason or tell me it's a bug. Either way, I'm mostly hoping that it gets put back in the crown store to make up for this screw up in the first place.
