I wanted to purchase this item and it is no longer available. I did not see any count-down as to a time of availability. Why was it pulled from the Crown Store without notification? Will it be offered again?

It should still be available in the Crown Store in the Wardrobe tab. It's also listed on the website as well.

I'm going to guess it was limited time, as it came out the same time as the Sugar Festival Suit, which is also limited time.0 -

ooh... the showcase didn't say the new moons robe was limited time only (did it?) so I'd be disappointed to find out they just forgot to mention it was supposed to be available only for a certain amount of time

On June 1, it was available on Xbox One. It may not be available on any platform anymore though as they shut down the Xbox servers until Summerset comes online.
It appears to be a bug or miscommunication, but it is possible that the New Moons Cross-Sash Robe will never be available in the Crown Store again.0 -

It was removed intentionally for Summerset for some reason from the looks of it. It is also no longer listed on the website either, so it's probably gone from the Crown Store forever. It might not be a bad idea. If the item was removed from the Crown Store by mistake, the developers should know about it. If it was removed intentionally, then they should know that it was essentially removed without enough warning for players.Maybe someone should put in a support ticket.Edited by DarkMasterJMK on June 5, 2018 2:55PM1 -

There’s lots of items I want to buy in CS, but usually I’m waiting for showcases to make sure I have crowns for limited time items, and if smth is going to be removed only then I buy it. So it’s super important to me to see these countdowns and announcements that smth will be removed. Guess many people manage their budget this way.
I really hope it will be back in the store, because I don’t feel like waiting for 2 years for it to appear in crown crates...0 -

Will definitely keep you guys updated on what they say! Hopefully, I'll get an answer soon. An item should NEVER be removed from the crown store without an announcement or countdown.
