Character Stuck in Cyrodil

My character has fallen through the world in Cyrodil. Since both /stuck and the port mechanics are disabled in Cyrodil for whatever reason, I have no way to get myself out of this situation. I have a support ticket open, but I have been waiting 2.5 hours so far, and in the meantime I literally cannot play the game. Two things:
1) Please help!
2) Enable the /stuck command in Cyrodil, because it's ridiculous that people have no way to free themselves just because (I assume) people abused the /stuck mechanics. Make it kick them out of the zone with a debuff or something if it's an issue.
