advice to deal with these guys when they start LOSing?

✭You're not meant to deal with them.
You should realise that from the forums because EVERY change ZOS makes to combat them gets moaned about until it's changed back or until someone finds another broken set to use.
Way to deal with Permablockers? Leave them stood holding block in the middle of nowhere. If they’re in your keep?
Get a group together and rune cage/petrify and ulti dump them with a negate bubble on top.
Shield stackers require you to get tonnes of bleed dots inside the shields. Or enough dots to eat through the 3 shields.Dark Flare is the Beginning, Radiant is the End. Hail the Light Bringers!6 -

1) Find some other complaining players; you don't need many of them, 5-6 is enough, but they have to be very noisy.
2) Go to the forum and cry for nerf. Open new threads, post in old ones, but cry, cry, cry.
3) Wait until ZOS do something. If they don't, return to 2); if they do, go to 4).

their easy to deal with very very easy. run high penetration and use cost increase potions and put alot into the star to remove their sustain. and they fall like ants. their actually counterable you just gotta know what to use but thats on the tank part. to counter shield stacking sorcs run their stamina out or zerg them down thats your only choice cause while that shields up their unkillable.1 -

✭As a magicka build you deal with shieldstackers by overwhelming them with damage and CC'ing as often as you can. Eventually they succumb if they're not very experienced. If you're fighting someone who's very experienced and you can't kill him/her, or even come close, then that's how things are, you can't win all the time vs everyone.
As a stamina build, you do the same basically. Damage + CCs, once they slip - it's good fight and goodbye. The problem with most players is that they die before being able to pull this off, so pay special attention when you dodge, how you keep your distance or when you move in etc. You need to fight it on your own terms.
Perma block is only a thing in 1v1 now, so either apply a bunch of dots and bleeds, or use unblockable damage (this helps against rollers as well). Preferably both in combination.0 -

I don't think that's gonna happen.
If they adjust the stacking dot and reduce the up time for example, that doesn't mean that it would be useless in builds like Shieldbreaker + Sload. Now that's understandable, I get your point. At the end it doesn't matter what developers do or will not do.
There will be always someone crying and on forums it sometimes seem to be some sort of a competition who cry loudest.

(5 items) Damaging a blocking or shielded enemy has a 10% chance to put a Leeching Shadow on them, dealing 853 Oblivion Damage every 1 second for 6 seconds while blocking or the shield is maintained. 50% Oblivion Damage reduction on non-blocking or unshielded enemies. This effect can occur every 6 seconds.0 -

I wouldn't actually mind that IF it is only 1 stack. A small dot getting though shields under limited circumstances is fine, at that point a single hot is fine to deal with it. It could still be mildly problematic to block, which has ALL dots and many other abilities go through it already, and can be dropped via CCs.MagDK main. PC/EU @AK-ESO
