I don't think that's gonna happen.
If they adjust the stacking dot and reduce the up time for example, that doesn't mean that it would be useless in builds like Shieldbreaker + Sload. We know nothing about what kind of changes are actually going to be made and that will stay that way till the new update with changes will be actually released to public.
