Its name is Disconnects and it comes with mini-bosses called Lag and Loading screens.
They wander throughout the game hitting you at the most inopportune times.1 -

Because not everyone in that 100 person gonna be endgame dps masters. Have you played any lfg dungeons? Some dd player can't even reach 10k dps.1 -

Add Inventory Space to the combination, and the two are nigh unbeatable.
(If the snares don't get you, the DoTs surely will.)

Armatesz✭✭✭✭✭I've solo'd all the world bosses in the game, only did b'korgen once but unfinished dolmen 4 times (reason why only once is because people randomly came in when I had the boss down to like something less than 20%) and I am uncertain if it would be wise or unwise for there to be a super world boss... maybe add a new mechanic to it like a hardmode sort of thing that boosts the bosses health so they switch up and drop gold jewelry maybe? Even if it makes it a very low chance to drop them.Ärmätèsz

Also have mobs of enemies coming at you like Dark Anchors or just have no enemies join the fight?0 -
