Why we don’t get official Informations about the Problems on Consoles? We want facts what’s going on and what is the plan for the future? We don’t need statements like: „we investigate“ etc. The biggest problems are there since ages in this game, but summerset patch makes it even worse. Many of us are ESO+ Members, we support you with this Membership. So support us and give us the Informations we are need.
- you know the issues?
- You have a solution?
- When will it be fixed?
- What you will do for your ESO+ Members, which can’t play this game correctly at the Moment?
Biggest Issues at the Moment:

- Stucks completely in Loadingscreen at Login
- Heavy Armor HP scaling is broken.

The time is come to communicate with us.
I think regarding the general slowdown issues they've said they're looking into it (ESO Live maybe), Jessica has a couple of replies up in a thread about issues since yesterdays patch.
Wallkeep glitches you're best sending bug reports or giving a PM to ZOS_BrianWheeler with full information on what's happening and how it's done so he can get it looked into.
Heavy armour HP if there is a specific bug with it the put a bug report in, if it's just balance issues (and working as intended) then you could speak with some of the class reps about putting it into their non class specific feedback to ZOS.
Other general issues I am not sure other than bug reporting it with as much information as possible. The more reports ZOS gets on an issues (serious reports, not spam) the more visibility the issue has.

They get you further than thinking the devs will magically find issues on their own or someone else has always done it.Pixel_Zealot wrote: »I think regarding the general slowdown issues they've said they're looking into it (ESO Live maybe), Jessica has a couple of replies up in a thread about issues since yesterdays patch.

I've lost count how many blatantly obvious bug reports I've done over the years, those bugs are still there to this day. Whether its incompetence or carelessness, I'm not sure. The fact remains that bug reports won't get you anywhere.

Yes we do. We've identified issue A and B causing the problems, but we're wondering if C and D are related to that problem too, or not.
AKA "We're investigating".- You have a solution?
Yes we do have a solution. But we still need to check if that solution isn't breaking something else.
AKA "We're working on it".- When will it be fixed?
As soon as we're sure about issues C and D, and that the solutions aren't breaking anything else.
AKA "Soon(TM)". Or ASAP.- What you will do for your ESO+ Members, which can’t play this game correctly at the Moment?
Nothing. Technical problems are part of MMOs. You'll be unhappy no matter what we do.
AKA "We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience".
There's NO IRONY in this post. People need to understand that ZOS is already communicating in the best possible way.

Stop with the white knight thing. The problem we have is not the issues, it's the response. Nothing in life is glitch free but when the same issue happens with each DLC you get frustrated and when the answer is "we're looking into it" you lose hope and stop paying for it. You would never take a car to a shop that messed something up each time, you wouldn't go back to a restaurant that messed up the same thing over and over. Then the mods swoop into threads to ask if we tried troubleshooting because for the love of Talos how could the problem possibly be on the ZOS side. We have been putting in bug reports and tickets and posting for years so please don't tell us be patient, we have been. I had my ESO + refunded after the CWC debacle, what a pain in the butt that was but I wanted to make the point that if I'm paying for something, it should work. I started my + subscription back up after the CWC issues were worked out but here we are again going through the same thing. I don't know if a lot of people cancelling their subscriptions will mean anything to them but we're going to try.

Which is solved by people who can recreate them submitting bug reports with information how. You've literally just posted the reason as to why submitting bug reports (with good information) is important and should be done in your attempt to try and say why it's not worth doing.Pixel_Zealot wrote: »They get you further than thinking the devs will magically find issues on their own or someone else has always done it.Pixel_Zealot wrote: »I think regarding the general slowdown issues they've said they're looking into it (ESO Live maybe), Jessica has a couple of replies up in a thread about issues since yesterdays patch.

No, no it doesn't. Bugs are not being fixed. Not even 10% of the reported bugs have been addressed for years, and if they are, they're probably tagged as 'not-recreatable' by their devs.
BS, investigating since 4 years? Working on it since 4 years without ANY improvememnt?
They are releasing DLC and chapter in a really frequent way and there are no fixes or anything regarding the biggest Problem in eso. The lag.
So i highly doubt what you said.

Communication happens, they state they're aware of problems, they update when and where they can. It's not that they don't communicate, it's that people don't like what's said as they only want to read "we fixed all the things!" and if ZOS has nothing to report in an update on an issue then all they can say is "we're looking into it" or "still looking in to it".
If you want action and it's not happening, yes that's frustrating and I am with people on that. However the best thing to do with getting action is work with ZOS to solve the issues. That means more bug reports, more information and helping them as much as you can to solve the issue.
