In game ticket system

I dont know about anyone else but it is kind of annoying not being able to close a ticket window once its been opened in game, unless you want to convert it to an email ticket. I would love a way to keep the ticket open and continue my adventures while waiting for a response. Some tickets are answered better in a face to face format in game then via an email system.

    This is a general interface problem, you cannot do two things at once. This is way more severe than any quests bugs, but people rant over them, so this will probably never be priority no.1.

    @Yshaar: I figured as much just wanted to put it out there so that it gets put on the list one day if I'm not the only one that feels this way. Although i do realize that they have bigger fish to fry in quests, mail and other bugs like that. So I'm also not trying to rant about it LOL =)

    No, you misunderstood. I totally support your request and think that ranting over VERY MINOR quest bugs should NOT be top priority.

    Changing the UI so that two things work at once on the other hand is really important.
