Paid extra for early acess and can't play because of errors of patchs that take a day

Hello I paid for the Imperial version of the game for early access. On the first day loads of errors and kept getting disconnected. Then in the late evening when I could only play it was shut-down for maintenance. I think their should be compensation for this. (Pay to Play -> Can't Play shouldn't Pay)

What comes with early access with a newer game is the occasional glitch and extended maintenance. It is unfortunate when it happens, but you should know that it may happen when you buy into early access. At least they are attempting to fix things as quickly as possible before full launch though.

This has actually been one of the more smooth early launches ive seen, yes its had its issues but at least you could go do another quest when one bugged.

Subscription MMOs don't work like that, never have, the EULA explains what you can expect in terms of access to the game.

And I agree with @tecfall, compared to the Early Start periods of LOTRO, Rift, FFXIV 1 and FFXIV 2, in spite of the nasty problem that hit yesterday this launch has been pretty good .. even unscheduled downtime is far, far, FAR better than random server crashes and login queues that are HOURS long.

You didnt pay for early acces, its a bonus. You payed for actual extras. Now if these 5days come from your subsciption time, i would agree.

You do realize that the 5-day access came with both the standard AND Imperial editions so long as you purchased the game directly from ZOS, right? You didn't pay extra for early access, you paid extra for the Imperial content.

I don't understand people complaining about a day of play lost compared to how long you're going to be playing the game in the long run. You didn't pay anything extra for those additional days. Be happy they're addressing bugs and issues as quickly as they are instead of letting crap pile to the ceiling before slogging through it.

I swear, people sit here and complain about everything that needs to be fixed, yet when the game goes offline a bit for fixes to be implemented, everyone loses it.

i dont even have an option to subscribe on my account even do i baught the pre 5 days. Where do i subscribe now that i cant play? i have a free month but apparantly they want money for that month aswell. scamming us? anyways if someone can tell me how and where to subscribe that would be nice, thx
