I used to have problems installing this game, i've contacted the customer support, they never even helped me. Same with a friend of mine, this company has a lot to improve

Had issues back at launch with the game and the customer support rep that contacted me just told me to re-install the game. CS here at Zeni is always a flip of a coin: you might get someone who is actually helpful and honest, or you might get Chet.

That's because it's easy for a forums moderation team (the team who moderates the forums as their job) to do moderation, but harder for communication on development issues as only Gina, Jessica and Kai have contact with the devs to pass info on and the devs themselves rarely post.Lord_Wrath wrote: »If you look around you can find tons of ignored issue threads, issues since launch even, but if you curse theyll jump right on it and still have nothing to say about the topic. Their communication sucks.
What? Support ticket replies maybe, but forums answers erm... https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/trackerNTclaymore wrote: »All we get on the forums are copy-paste replies that has nothing to do with the topic. We are not getting any infomation of anything. The issues with steam is just the most recent drop in the bucket. ESO is a really awesome game. But Zenimax is awfull.
Even their ticket system gives you robot replies. In the beta they said when we where providing feedback that it was a "real human" on the other end so we should keep it polite. All we got was copypaste replies if we got a reply to beging with.
Game is awesome. Zenimax? not even close. a joke even.
speaking of jokes.. 1 crown crate for how much downtime? since the last 3 months even.
