Can ZoS give me a reasonable statement why problems like "Steam players are having issues" occurs?

ZoS I understand that you have your issues but please, just tell me why. I really want to know the reason why I can't log in to the game, simple "We are aware that some Steam players are having issues" is not enough for me. It really will not hurt you much if you decide to be more transparent, many players wants to know what is the exact problem.

The times you had to tell your raid guild you couldnt show up because of steam was down you will get 1 crate.. 1.. you probally missed the event you could have gotten that for free anyway.

Fault doesn't matter. No need to finger point. Mentioning the problem and how it was fixed is a good idea though to give people some confidence.0 -

We don't know who screwed up, we don't know what is wrong, we didn't get any insightful message and this is the point. We cannot tell that it is ZoS or Steam fault but lack of information is definietly ZoS sin. And it grows more and more annoying with every problem like this. Lack of transparency will lead into more players leaving the game. ZoS should change their behaviour or start making ideal product that always works perfectly. Choose what is easier to do.0
