Can ZoS give me a reasonable statement why problems like "Steam players are having issues" occurs?

ZoS I understand that you have your issues but please, just tell me why. I really want to know the reason why I can't log in to the game, simple "We are aware that some Steam players are having issues" is not enough for me. It really will not hurt you much if you decide to be more transparent, many players wants to know what is the exact problem.
Also I put here a picture of potato of the incompetence, cuz you deserve it -.-

    For all the downtime. the boxes you missed at the 4year event. the time you missed farming the newest stuff when summerset came out. all the daily login rewards you missed. The times you had to tell your raid guild you couldnt show up because of steam was down you will get 1 crate.. 1.. you probally missed the event you could have gotten that for free anyway.

    Those crates at the end of the login rewards? well. you shouldnt have had a steam account then. sucks to be you!

    There is no reasonable statement about the issue we have been having for months. All there is, is just saying "Shut up and wait." in a polite way.

    Isn't they told us only that "We know you have a problem, we will give you free crown crate because of that"? I really hope they just inform us what happened exactly, whose fault was that. I'm just asking for a little more transparency, that all.

    It's broke.

    Fault doesn't matter. No need to finger point. Mentioning the problem and how it was fixed is a good idea though to give people some confidence.

    Just run eso64.exe to bypass steam, works fine for me.

    If I had a crown crate for everyone that says this. Anyone that purchased ESO through Steam from October/November of 2016 and after is unable to use this method to bypass the Steam login.

    I am still wondering why it's ZOS's responsibility that Steam has screwed up yet again.

    We don't know who screwed up, we don't know what is wrong, we didn't get any insightful message and this is the point. We cannot tell that it is ZoS or Steam fault but lack of information is definietly ZoS sin. And it grows more and more annoying with every problem like this. Lack of transparency will lead into more players leaving the game. ZoS should change their behaviour or start making ideal product that always works perfectly. Choose what is easier to do.
