People can't login. Steam users can't login. Other login errors.
Servers can't handle traffic? Some other issue? Whatever the case: how has this not been fixed yet?

One aspect of a videogame is to be able to PLAY IT.
So whatever maintenence you're doing; FIX THE LOGIN PROBLEMS WE'VE BEEN HAVING FOR OVER HALF A YEAR.
It can't be that hard, every other MMO under the sun can handle their playerbase with the occational hiccup, not CONSISTENT failure after EVERY bit of maintenence.

Get your *** together. Please and thank you.

    What is there to be "constructive" about? I'm not a game dev.
    And maybe after half a year of the same issue people will start to have less patience. You can't just slap a "sorry steam" sticker on the website each time this happens.

    It's only like we've been trying that forever for like every issue. We are beyond frustrated at this point. They know they issues. They are aware of them. Some of them we have been reporting for months or even years. We can only be ignored and disrespected for so long before we devolve from constructive to pissed off.

    I'm starting to think there might be a contention of sorts between Steam and ZOS, and the playerbase that uses the platform is being thrown under the bus.

    Tbh, this is the real takeaway. Sure, the content of the original post is nonsense, but it is communicating the frustration of players quite well.

    And there is no need to get their attention. They know it is an issue. They also know that players have close to zilch to contribute towards resolving it. But what is valuable is knowing level of frustration and how close people are to bailing so they can dedicate more effort to working with the dissatisfied customers.

    I can say from experience, the really pissed client gets more attention than the patient client, even when both have multi-million dollar deals. The squeaky wheel really does get the oil in this case. Not in healthcare, where annoying patients get avoided and worse care, but definitely in cases where department heads are thinking about protecting revenue.

    I hear you man.

    I can't believe that I pay a sub for this game. That is on me.

    Not anymore! The money I save, I will buy Blizzards expansion and pay for monthly subs with gold.

    Performance has always been horrid since I have been playing this game. I like it for the most part, but the jerk off pvp and latest craptastic issues have been the nail.

    Hahah jeez I didn't want to make that implication, but my original post sure is written that way.
    I'm a steam user myself, I just tried to list the different types of login errors there were. Quite poorly in the end.

    Thank you, that was my mindset as well. Let's hope the wheel gets so squeaky it'll impossible to ignore now.
