People can't login. Steam users can't login. Other login errors.
Servers can't handle traffic? Some other issue? Whatever the case: how has this not been fixed yet?
One aspect of a videogame is to be able to PLAY IT.
So whatever maintenence you're doing; FIX THE LOGIN PROBLEMS WE'VE BEEN HAVING FOR OVER HALF A YEAR.
It can't be that hard, every other MMO under the sun can handle their playerbase with the occational hiccup, not CONSISTENT failure after EVERY bit of maintenence.

What is there to be "constructive" about? I'm not a game dev.
And maybe after half a year of the same issue people will start to have less patience. You can't just slap a "sorry steam" sticker on the website each time this happens.
