TSW (The Secret World) MMO had some great features but one of the most amazing was they had an in game system where you could create setups and save them. I think the first few were free and you could buy more from the cash shop.
In your setup you could put in your active skills, passive skills, gear and even cosmetic looks and save them. Then with one click as long as you had the gear in your inventory you could change.
"Do we need a tank for this?"
Press one Button. "Ok, I am ready to tank."
"Sorry no actually we need a healer."
"No problem." Press another button. "Ready to heal."
You could save a build for DPS, tanking, healing, PvP, Thieving, Farming, Solo, RPing, etc.
If this were for sale in the Crown store I would buy it.

Morphs need to remain with a barrier in place regarding resetting them. This encourages thought before action.
What's the point of that?
I guess the point would be tedium and clinging onto a verbose system.
For resetting morphs? Yeah, thought should be going into it. I know that right now there are a handful of builds, and FoTM changes a lot, and a feature like this would make it easier to get to the FoTM lickity split. Still, the mechanic for resetting them all is sound because it does require that some thinking be done to decide if it is worth it.
As for changing character modes, per TSW, this should be base game, not a Crown Store thing, if implemented.
