New character understanding
So I just got back to ESo a few weeks ago, decided yesterday to start a new character, started in summerset isles, and got all the way to level 10 and still never hit the Wailing prision, is that normal now or was it buggy?

MEBengalsFan2001✭✭✭✭✭After you leave the initial zone, zone to your alliance first major and primary city, the one hear the Harborage. There is a way to trigger the quest that will teleport you to Cold Harbor and than it starts the game primary quest line.
