If you're talking about the occasional class or item balance, or unexpected server downtime. That's annoying but not exactly line-crossing territory. But I guess that depends on one's sense of entitlement.0 -

They have never done that and have said repeatedly they never will.
Other than that, make your money ZOS. Capitalism is ok.

Pushing customers away with too much, too in your face advertising is not good practice
Clearly, someone else does economics & is pushing the bounds of what the market will bear with crown store pricing, but as long as the whales pay the prices asked
