If you're talking about the occasional class or item balance, or unexpected server downtime. That's annoying but not exactly line-crossing territory. But I guess that depends on one's sense of entitlement.

The line is quite simple ... the day they put a single piece of gear in the crown store that makes you better at combat than what you could get otherwise would be crossing a line. They have never done that and have said repeatedly they never will.

Other than that, make your money ZOS. Capitalism is ok.

I laugh at people who act like ZOS should run this game for artistic reasons and operate it as a socialist charity.

The issue here is does ZOS' Marketing Dept understand marketing, not if I understand economics
Pushing customers away with too much, too in your face advertising is not good practice

Clearly, someone else does economics & is pushing the bounds of what the market will bear with crown store pricing, but as long as the whales pay the prices asked
and my sub remains value I really dont care about the crown store & will use an Ad-blocker, until I cannot, to curb the marketing excess
