    Well done to Benjamin, and well done to the OP for bothering to report satisfaction with Customer Support when it's far more in vogue only to report the bad experiences accompanied by the usual nonsense about how ZOS are only interested if it relates to real money rather than ingame stuff.

    It took a little going back and forth. The first reply is always an auto-reply that does nothing. Also, it has taken up to 3 days for me to even get that for various reports I've submitted. Then you send a reply to the useless auto email and wait some more.

    I know, although I do not really care much, 3 years playing with only 2 characters and practically the same gear.

    I do not have a house or buy anything.

    Gold is not a problem.
