Never ever ever will happen, especially considering who the current director of the FBi is also the FBI wouldn't have jack to do with this..try the FTC commissioner, who doesn't want to get involved with this despite a few far left senators grand standing for their 15 mins.

Well i actually heard that james comey might have signed it before he resigned and emailed it over to the house post haste.. So it might be coming sooner than we think.. But thats just what the wiki leaks told me so i cant confirm this... Apparently rng loot box systems in games is quite a big deal over in Washington.

Unpopular Opinion Coming

As long as there are just cosmetic, a few XP scrolls and trash like soul gems I am fine with it. If it becomes Pay-To-Win like far too many MMOs then I am out.

Consumer Advice

If you buy a crate you will get trash.

My "circle" has six accounts and we opened at least 100 of the latest set of crates between us and got one tier three 100 gems mount. If you are rich and don't care about money then buy crates. But you should know that they have made the odds so low that it is basically a miracle if you ever get anything good out of these. I opened around 30 crates myself and the best things I got were the Scholar Personality, Zombe Skin and Dragonpriest Costume. I really liked all three of these but if you think of these as good "value" for $150 "worth" of crates then you are kidding yourself. I don't mind donating money to support a game I love. If very rarely I get something back that is not totally worthless like an ugly facial tattoo or a hideous eyebrow shield that that is a bonus.

Pacrooti keeps taking my crates. I now have to find a sneakier Khajiit to take them back. Crates have a chance. Chance is in everything. OP it is unfortunate that you did not get a fifth card chance. I have had that happen as well. But chance can be a MF'r when it comes to dealing with Lady Luck.
