ESO Launcher does not actually launch the game

I am unable to launch the game from the launcher. I click "PLAY" and nothing happens other than the "PLAY" grays out and then turns blue again after about 10 seconds. I have ran repair, rebooted pc, etc. Any ideas?

    Try running the launcher as administrator

    Disable your Anti Virius, I have webroot and it will not launch as long as it was running had to turn it off and it worked fine then alt tabbed out and turned it back on.

    Many thanks rjloveless, that worked...I also am using webroot now in the game, i really appreciate the help.
