That's mostly because the player base already got what they needed at Jubilee event:
Many people completed already styles they lacked/wanted to get and rest of motifs were stored in bank for collecting dust and waiting for prices to go up again. But what we need in order to even get motifs up in prices is demand. That's what we have a lack currently:
We don't have enough new buyers who are in need of those motifs, so demand is naturally low, meanwhile supply is higher.
Everyone wants to sell, but not many are actually buying those motifs.
