PS4 users, Can you play ESO since last few hours ?

I can't seem to have anything done on psn right now, even for psn store it says it's undergoing maintenance. It's been doing this for last few hours, I am from India. While Sony's own website says everything is running fine.
Last time during free crates week at end of April, I faced different problem. Someone from thousands of customers of my ISP, tried to pull some stunt like probably botnet or something else, and Sony blocked entire ISP, It took 2-3 days for it to come back to normal (and I lost 2-3 free crates) and now again when free crates event is going on, it's not working.
Just how stubborn and lazy some companies can be to their customers ? Banning entire ISPs for criminal act committed by one individual, wouldn't running criminal proceedings against real culprit actually would be the right thing to do ? If you are playing online only game, You can't play anything for duration of this so called 'Maintenance', which is never announced and often not for all users (if other ps4 players here been able to play ESO for last few hours, It will confirm it). Combine it with toxic/abusive behavior in their party audio chat functions and their sheer denial to accept any responsibility for it or even acknowledging the problem, I would say these are very shady business tactics for some company making product for kids, young adults primarily.

✭I logged in for the first time in months... hardly playable... literally freezing in place for 20 seconds a time every few min... turned it off. I'll wait until this is ironed out. OK, But it says login failed for me and naturally I can't go beyond first screen on ESO as It requires a PSN ID and internet connectivity, Both of which I don't seem to be having this moment thanks to Sony. But others can access PSN and play online games, its confirmed.0 -

DocDova✭✭✭Ok, connected through mobile internet and killed few enemies and completed daily writs with 3 characters. It seems again it's Sony's policy of banning entire ISP for one bad apple.
I don't why but mobile internet on ESO is not easy to play. It would take 2-3 tries to log in with a character and if you try to jump to other area (if load screen appears ) you would immediately be logged out saying 'unable to connect to game server, make sure you have a valid internet connection'
I guess I deserve some medal for reaching CP 522 among all these problems.
