I can't seem to have anything done on psn right now, even for psn store it says it's undergoing maintenance. It's been doing this for last few hours, I am from India. While Sony's own website says everything is running fine.

Last time during free crates week at end of April, I faced different problem. Someone from thousands of customers of my ISP, tried to pull some stunt like probably botnet or something else, and Sony blocked entire ISP, It took 2-3 days for it to come back to normal (and I lost 2-3 free crates) and now again when free crates event is going on, it's not working.

Just how stubborn and lazy some companies can be to their customers ? Banning entire ISPs for criminal act committed by one individual, wouldn't running criminal proceedings against real culprit actually would be the right thing to do ? If you are playing online only game, You can't play anything for duration of this so called 'Maintenance', which is never announced and often not for all users (if other ps4 players here been able to play ESO for last few hours, It will confirm it). Combine it with toxic/abusive behavior in their party audio chat functions and their sheer denial to accept any responsibility for it or even acknowledging the problem, I would say these are very shady business tactics for some company making product for kids, young adults primarily.
