We have so many dwemer furnishings, mounts, pets and clothing and no dwemer home yet, they need to hear out voice and understand that we want a purchasable dwemer home (preferably in vvardenfell). And no, clockwork observatory isn't dwemer but is clockwork

It's fused. When a motor seizes, parts fuse together, making the motor a pile of junk.
Perhaps they simply mean it's non-interactive?

morrowind had hof, then after was clockwork city. All the other dlcs have nothing to do with the genre
