The title of this discussion sums up the subject without any real need to elaborate. Instead, the linked YouTube clip will serve as both elaboration and evidence supporting the discussion title. What is perhaps worth discussing however, is what the consequences will be from ZOS, if any at all. The clip itself is only 1:05 min captured using Nvidia's GeForce Experience Instant Replay feature.

For the sake of time association and clarity, these "events" (melodrama) take place at 06:53 GMT on 15-06-2018.

So, as is typical of an early morning in the EU Vivec Campaign AD come in numbers to capture empty keeps, a practice commonly referred to in the community as the Morning Cap. I can only comment on EP zone chat but since it happens across the entirety of the Vivec Map its a safe assumption DC also refer to it as such. In the earliest seconds of the clip you can see that the Inner Keep Door is still currently shut and under siege (0:00 - 0:04). Then at 0:20 two players (@Masterkas + @Tille1964) wall hack through the southern postern door of the keep.

The evidence is clear and concise. If the only outcome of this thread is that ZOS make efforts to address a graphical issue that players are able to exploit then something positive from this can be achieved. I however remain skeptical of ZOS and their lack of effort to address any issue brought to their attention by the players. A digression perhaps for another time, but what of the act of cheating? Asking the question "Is this cheating?" and "If so, what are the consequences?" leads us to a different line of discussion.

Cheating we must all assume is not acceptable, but exploitation is fundamental to TESO.

A character's build is a combination of exploits. You could argue that a successful build comprises of stats, skills and abilities that better your opportunity to exploit the weaknesses of your adversaries, whether PvE or PvP. Exploits that maximize your strengths can be racial preferences, armour types, skill rotations, CP allocation etc... All of this is on some rudimentary level an exploit, since "exploit" means literally "make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource)". This is paramount to TESO.

Cheating however, is when you "exploit" a flaw in the fabric of the game itself. A wall of a keep is a barrier put in place to serve as such, so that individuals can't simply bypass the game's requirement to siege and capture as intended. There is no denying the footage, and any sympathetic support in favour of the above mentioned players is passively in support of cheating and exploitation.

And now, consequence....

The above statement is intended to put ZOS on the spot about whether or not it will allow this kind of exploitation, and what will they do to deter players from exploiting further?! If nothing, then the team at ZOS advocate cognitive dissonance as a platform for gaming, rather than clearly stating what is acceptable and what is not.
